Phase I is open with 25 Campsites with full Hookups, including Water, Sewer, Electricity (50 AMP, 30 AMP, and 110 every site)

20 primitive sites are open with no utilities for tent camping or self-contained RVs (Dump Station available)

Phase II will begin this Fall 2024 to convert the 15-acre Sand Pit and Springs to a 15 Acre Aquifer Lake.

Phase III will add Waterfront Pull-thru and Cabin Sites around the Lake and White Sand Beach Areas
